The Business Intelligence Developer position works closely with developers and other subject-matter experts (SMEs) including physicians and clinical operations staff. The BI Developer is responsible for creating and optimizing reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that power Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC)’s suite of reports and analyses. This position will be required to travel to other LSCC facilities as needed. The Business Intelligence Developer will collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization, must be able to maintain professional working relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

The Patient Navigation Center (PNC) Team Supervisor supports a team of Patient Service Representatives (PSR) and will be responsible for developing and coaching staff to meet PNC key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes managing effective performance of individuals and their team to ensure PNC service levels are met or exceeded.
